Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all IT support services provided by itsupport.online to entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 BGB.

2. Scope of Services

IT support includes services such as fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, system maintenance, consulting, and other supporting activities in the hardware and software area. The scope and content depend on the individually agreed services.

3. Customer’s Obligations to Cooperate

The customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the provision of the service completely and in good time and to enable access to IT systems.

4. Remuneration

Unless otherwise agreed, billing is based on time spent at the agreed hourly rates plus statutory value-added tax. Travel and material costs will be charged separately.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The service provider is only liable for data loss if the customer can prove that they have carried out regular data backups.

6. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

7. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the service provider, provided that the customer is a merchant.
